«Дом Дракона»: каким получился долгожданный приквел «Игры престолов»

Предыстория известного сериала «Игра престолов» – «Дом Дракона», про династию Таргариен – вышла на онлайн-экраны 22 августа. В России новинку можно посмотреть официально на платформе «Амедиатека».

Еще «Дом Дракона» точно понравится поклонникам романов Джорджа Мартина. Дизайн окружения и костюмов почти в точности повторяет книжные иллюстрации. Железный трон окружен сотнями, а то и тысячей острых клинков. А Деймон Таргариен сражается на турнире в великолепных черных доспехах со шлемом в виде драконьих крыльев.

«Амедиатека» начала показывать «Дом Дракона», приквел «Игры престолов», который, как и оригинальный сериал, опирается на литературный первоисточник — романы Джорджа Р. Р. Мартина «Пламя и кровь» и «Восхождение Дракона». Главная роль досталась актеру Пэдди Консидайну, звезде сериала «Чужак». Он сыграет Визериса Таргариена, внука короля Джейхейриса Таргариена, также известного как Миротворец или Старый Король. Согласно мифологии, Визерис был последним наездником великого дракона Балериона. Его дети Рейнира Таргариен и Эйгон Таргариен и развязали знаменитую гражданскую войну, вошедшую в историю под названием Танец драконов.

Сразу хочу сказать, что я не являюсь поклонником творчества Мартина, однако немного соскучился по добротным масштабным шоу, тем более в псевдоисторическом сеттинге. Более того, я не являюсь поклонником Мартина настолько, что и в оригинальной «Игре» запомнил только основных персонажей, да и то к четвертому сезону… тех из них, кто еще остался в живых, конечно. Поэтому заранее прошу прощения, что в этой рецензии имен не будет, но обещаю, что вы поймете, о ком речь.

За их борьбой скрывается противостояние двух идей — стабильного сосуществования и жесткой автократии. Визерис должен сделать выбор между двумя членами семьи. От этого зависит не только судьба династии, но и всего Вестероса.

HBO Max не скупится и на продвижение. Например, к премьере создали мобильное приложение House of the Dragon: DracARys, «подселившее» огнедышащих существ из Вестероса в наш мир – прямо как в известной игре Pokemon GO, где в привычную реальность помещали забавных покемонов. Пользователи DracARys могут вырастить своего собственного дракона, а также отдавать ему команду на валирийском, языке повелителей драконов.

'Дом Дракона' - безусловно дорогой, качественный, красивый сериал. Он захватывает с первых же секунд и волшебным образом переносит зрителя в свой собственный мир, к тому же уже знакомый ему по 'Игре престолов'.
