A few months ago, I joined a dating site for a few weeks. I felt ready to date again after my breakup earlier this year, so I figured I’d give it a try. I signed up, filled out my profile and uploaded a couple of photos. Then I started swiping. I like dating in internet and what about you?

For example, if you've never gone hiking in your life, don't say you like to do it on your dating profile simply because it seems that everyone else has included it in theirs.

It’s usually because people aren’t in the right frame of mind for online dating and therefore ending up feeling less satisfied than they expected.
