• Millhouse was the last confirmed person to be seen with Neil Muir
  A band-aid with hairs from Milhouse's rug was found with the body parts
  Millhouse planted his car

On the other hand;

• He left Adelaide and the murders continued (specifically Stogneff who was cut up like Muir)
  The cutting up of Muir had to have happened somewhere else other than Millhouse's cottage

Some how Muir got into the hands of BVE and another man who cut him up. How did this happen? What involvement did Millhouse have?
